		<description>Where I come from the average winter temperature is about -13F (w/o windchill), but it&#039;s not that difficult to run, just put on a couple of more layers of clothes... difficult thing is to protect your lungs. Panting in these temperatures can damage them.

If you&#039;re feeling up to a real challenge, try running up a hill with snowshoes one (that requires snow though).</description>
