He was amazing in lots of ways, but while he and my grandma used to watch us he would "jog" in place while we watched TV or played games. I would definitely describe it as more of a "shuffle." I asked him one time why he did it that way, and he said that it's important when you get older to do low-impact exercise, plus he could go for longer if he just took it slow. This is the exact reason I respect my elders. They know a helluva lot more than I do. I miss that man like nothing else. This article immediately reminded me of my grandpa.
