		<description>...I thought the IOC had specific rules and regulations about the conditions the selected country has to meet to be granted the Olympics. Has China done anything to meet the air quality standards originally specified by the IOC way back  before the selections were made? And is the air in China (where the Olympics are being held) as bad as they say it is...or is this more a politically motivated statement?
