i ran the 100 meter dash in 15 seconds for a meet last year and this year in practice i ran the 100 meter in 12 seconds and i am 14 years old in 8th grade

And im 20 years old, 6’6″ and 220 pounds if that matters. But i also play college baseball so we are constantly lifting and doing sprints

While doing sprints on a tar path outside I carry my running GPS and I will get around 20 mph give or take 1 mph either way. I think its pretty accurate considering the GPS was 300 dollars.

So far my fastest running time is 18.64mph. 100m in 12 seconds, when I was 15, i’m 20 now, haven’t sprinted competitively in a while.

It amazing. I’ve always been proud of my 5 min mile in the military and we run daily. That’s 12 mph. So far I’m the slowest on this sight. Amazing.
